TygerTech Titans offers professional web development services, including but not limited to website design, development, maintenance, and optimization.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
TygerTech Titans reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Provision of Information: The client must provide all necessary information, materials, and access to systems as required for the completion of the project. Approvals: The client must provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure the project progresses without unnecessary delays. Compliance: The client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of our Services.
Quotes and Estimates: All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms: Payments are due as per the agreed schedule in the project proposal. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for Services rendered. If a project is cancelled by the client, payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.
Ownership: The client retains ownership of all content and materials provided to TygerTech Titans. Upon full payment, the client will own the final website and any custom elements created specifically for the project.
Licensing: TygerTech Titans retains the right to use non-exclusive, pre-existing tools and libraries. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these elements as part of their website.
TygerTech Titans agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.
Warranties: TygerTech Titans warrants that the Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, TygerTech Titans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TygerTech Titans, its employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to the client’s use of our Services.
By Client: The client may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice to TygerTech Titans. However, payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. By TygerTech Titans: TygerTech Titans reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to comply with these Terms or fails to make timely payments.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South-Afica. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South-Africa.
